2014: The Year That Was
What a year we've had!
TO RECAP:
Passionfolk began in April with one charity initiative, the Geelong Mums Local Love Project. We created the concept, ran the project including coordinating suppliers, developing branding and packaging and running PR. We are proud to have helped the organisation raise $5,000 for Geelong's disadvantaged families.
We then began working with Royal Geelong Yacht Club, where we developed its marketing strategy, ran its social media and overhauled its branding. We ran several PR initiatives, created advertising and coached on marketing execution.
This soon led to working with Mt Duneed Estate, where we created a brand strategy, developed a beer range and did some PR, copywriting and web development.
Then we began working with Mister Mixer, Australia's number one draught cocktail brand. We developed its marketing strategy, PR campaign, photography, created a website and ran its social media.
We then began working with VFA Learning, an educational institute in Geelong & Melbourne. We ran its social media and PR.
We then picked up Evergreen Australia, a Geelong-based botanical skincare brand. We developed a new website, PR , delivered events and are working on some big things for 2015.
Finally, we started working with OMA Shopfittings and Mannequin Revolution - established businesses in Australia's retail industry.
We're proud to say that we continue to work with all of these wonderful clients.
In between, we also did some work for The Happy Parent Project, Furphy Beer and began working on an exciting new mother's product in Sydney.
STAFF
Passionfolk has had the pleasure of working with two fabulous staff this year - Jess McGlinchey on social media, and now Diane Olsen on social media and SEO. We also had the pleasure of engaging Linda DeGuisto at Adart, who is one talented designer. We're grateful to all of these wonderful people, and we hope that Passionfolk will add more 'folk' in 2015.
SO, WHERE TO IN 2015?
Who knows? All we hope is that we continue to have fun doing what we love (marketing) and making a difference doing it. As I like to say:
There is nothing more professionally rewarding than seeing our efforts impact our client's businesses by creating a connection with their customers.
