Job Vacancy: Senior Account Manager - Maternity Leave

Passionfolk is looking for Account Manager to join our team in March/April on an initial 12 month contract basis.

About the role
This role is a 12 month contract position. We are flexible with hours but would prefer the role to be full time. We are looking for an enthusiastic, achievement-oriented person who has proven experience in developing and maintaining client relationships, leading teams and working strategically and creatively in digital marketing.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategy, execution and management of client social media campaigns - both organic content and paid ads development.
Working across primary channels (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Pinterest, TikTok) and testing emerging channels
Testing, monitoring and optimising against set performance metrics
Client liaison - developing the relationship and being accountable to any strategic/executional requirements
Working with Director on client content development, briefing our graphic designer and managing client approvals
Monthly reporting and insight generation
Time management in line with retainer agreements
Leadership of junior staff including sharing insights, overseeing the planning and approval of their social media activity
Skills and experience
Strong, demonstrable background in digital marketing and campaign management
Experience working with clients - developing new relationships and maintaining mutually respectful partnerships
Leadership experience within teams
Understanding at an experienced level of Facebook Business Suite tools including advertising. A strong understanding of custom target audiences, the marketing funnel and the advertising techniques used to impact brand + business performance measures. Retargeting prowess is a must.
Demonstrable commitment to staying abreast of developments in social media (techniques, audience insights, platform features)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
A commitment to do what you say you will do - accountability is imperative.
Uni degree is preferred
