Job Vacancy: Admin Coordinator
Part Time / Newtown, Geelong

Able to work individually demonstrating initiative, but also willing and capable to work as part of a team
Confident communicator and ability to effectively liaise with team members and clients
Excellent problem-solving skills with a common-sense approach
Excellent grammar and spelling, with copy proofing experience
Proven experience and tendency to want to create and improve systems and processes
Competent in using standard office software such as Word and Excel, Canva, Asana or other task management software
Experience in using Xero for invoicing and reconciling accounts
Previous experience in a services business or agency (preferred but not essential)
This position will report to the Managing Director and is required to undertake the general administration of the business to ensure the operational, management and other key functions can operate effectively and efficiently and will be directly responsible for:
Being the ‘face of the business’ as the first point of contact: answering telephone calls, emails and other correspondence.
Entering, maintaining and managing tasks in our task management system from start to finish
Maintaining the workflow to the highest of standards
Delivering exceptional customer service to our clients
Reviewing timesheets, invoicing and reconciling accounts in Xero
Managing and administering general administration functions for the business and MD
Proofreading materials such as blogs, advertising and design outputs
Being a key member in the growth and development of a growing player in the industry
