LifeSpaces Group is a Barwon Heads-based luxury home builder that has carved out a new space in the Australian building industry.

Lifespaces commissions leading architects to design signature series of limited-edition, luxury homes. They then handcraft each home exactly as the architect envisioned.

Maintaining exclusivity, only 10 homes of each design are built in any region. The inaugural series is designed by Auhaus Architecture, and homes are currently under construction in Melbourne, the Bellarine and the Surfcoast.

Our Approach

Passionfolk has managed the marketing of Lifespaces Group since early 2017. We shaped the brand positioning, created a new website and managed its first campaign shoot, styled by Heather Nette King and photographed by Mike Baker.

We have since used those materials to gain editorial in key publications locally and across the world. Examples include Real Living, Hunting For George, Contemporist, Architecture Art Design.
